02. Payments & Fees
All service fees for coaching, mentorship, or sourcing must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Product and shipping costs are paid directly to the supplier or via our managed payment gateways.
03. Limitation of Liability
While we perform rigorous factory audits, HF Group LLC is not responsible for manufacturing defects, shipping delays caused by carriers, or customs seizures. We will, however, assist in all disputes and resolutions.
04. Intellectual Property
The content, logos, and digital tools provided on our website are the property of HF Group LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
05. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services or access to our mentorship programs if these terms are violated or if business conduct is found to be unethical.
